Health and senior care leads are mostly sold to licensed insurance agents, with a smaller senior care and patient market beside them.
51 of the 82 health and senior care companies in our directory sell Medicare leads and 46 sell individual health leads. Senior care referrals, medical patient leads and addiction treatment are smaller lines sold by a handful of specialists.
This vertical is really two markets. The large one sells to licensed insurance agents: of the 82 companies in our directory, 51 list Medicare leads, 46 individual health and 36 final expense, and 73 also appear under Insurance. The smaller one sells to care providers and medical companies: home care and senior living referrals at seven, dental and medical patient leads at eight, addiction treatment at seven and medical alert at four.
Three things set it apart. Leads age on a price ladder: aged leads are a product at 20 sellers and several price by how many days old a lead is. The phone is central: 37 sell live transfers, 36 inbound calls and 32 run a call center or transfer floor. And buyers are gated: several sell only to agents contracted with them or who confirm a license, and Medicare buying follows the enrollment calendar.
Juiced distributes the web leads. Each buyer funds a wallet, sets filters and caps, and bids above your minimum so the highest bid wins the lead in seconds. Leads no buyer takes go to your own marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys with Buy Now or a standing Buy Order, and delivery is by webhook into the buyer's CRM, email or text. Calls and transfers need separate call tracking.
What health and senior care lead companies sell

Counts cover everything each company says it sells, which can include other verticals.
Real-time leads lead the table at 64 of 82 sellers and exclusive leads at 55, but 20 also sell shared leads and 20 aged leads, a wider spread than most verticals. Live transfers at 37 and inbound calls at 36 mean many buyers expect a phone call as well as a form; Juiced distributes web leads, so calls need separate call tracking. Data and lists at 15 and appointments at 13 round out a market where the same consumer may be sold several ways over time.
What health and senior care leads are screened for
Screens split by buyer: insurance sellers screen on age, eligibility and coverage, and senior care sellers screen on the care need and who pays.
- Age and eligibility. Thirteen sellers target people about to age into Medicare or already eligible, several confirm age before delivery, and a few tag Medicare leads by enrollment window. One seller also credits a lead whose age does not match what the person stated.
- The care need and who decides. Senior care sellers ask about care requirements, urgency, budget and the ability to pay, and one notes that the person filling the form is often an adult child deciding for a parent. One wants private-pay families seeking non-medical care, and one does not pay for job seekers or Medicaid-only payers.
- Coverage and plan interest. Insurance sellers capture current coverage and the plan of interest, such as an Advantage plan, a supplement, drug coverage or final expense, and one sells Medicare leads with no carrier filtering.
- A real, reachable person. Seven sellers verify the phone with a text code, and several have a call center or live screener confirm interest before a lead or transfer goes out. Disconnected or wrong numbers are the most common return reason in this vertical.
- Language and duplicates. Several sellers credit leads that do not speak English, one accepts no other return, and duplicates are a credit reason at several.
- Licensed geography. Leads must land where the buyer can sell. Several sellers target by licensed state or county, and out-of-state or out-of-territory leads are a credit reason at several.
What a health and senior care lead has to carry
State is the most common filter, named by 37 sellers, followed by age at 24, ZIP or radius at 21, plan or lead type at 15, and county and income at 13 each. One senior care seller adds service type, care level, zones and time of day, and several sellers route calls by time of day or business hours.
Every lead type in Juiced starts with ten default fields. Add your own on top, and decide for each one whether it is required and whether the buyer receives it.

What you need to decide on a lead is not what you need to sell it
Every field carries four switches rather than one required flag.
Ping with zip, state, care_type, care_recipient_relationship, care_location_zip, move_in_timeline, care_level and payment_method. That tells a buyer whether the person fits their care type and area before the bid, without exposing contact details.
Two markets under one name
Most of these 82 companies sell insurance leads. Sixty-five list at least one of Medicare, individual health, final expense or supplemental health, and their buyers are licensed agents, agencies and the marketing organizations that contract agents. Several sellers are those organizations: they sell leads only to agents contracted with them, ask for a producer number at registration, or make the buyer attest to a license, and one lets agency admins buy leads and assign them to their downline.
Beside them sits a smaller market with different buyers. Senior care referral services sell home care and senior living families to agencies and communities, one letting providers pay per contact or only when a family hires or moves in, and one sending leads on a non-exclusive basis to more than one agency. Patient generation companies sell chronically ill patients to medical supply, diabetic, pain management and similar providers, one of them offering short, mid or long forms and document retrieval.
Give each line its own lead type. The fields on this page are written for senior care referrals; Medicare, health insurance and final expense have their own pages and their own fields.
How sellers price, and how leads age
Fifty-three of the 82 price per lead, 32 quote a custom price, 19 price per call, 11 run bidding and ten charge a subscription or monthly fee. Ten charge per sale, four per transfer and four per appointment. One bid exchange lets agents set different bids by supplier, one charges only enough to beat the next bid, and one prices Medicare programs as fixed marketing agreements rather than per lead.
Age is a price dimension here. Aged leads are a product at 20 sellers, and several sell them in tiers by age, with older leads cheaper. Several sell leads that are exclusive only for a set period, one saying they then enter a shared pool unless the agent protects them, and some sell unsold leads later at a discount. Medicare demand is seasonal: several sellers run campaigns or pricing around the annual enrollment period, and one asks agents to book ahead.
Direct mail is the traffic source named most often, by ten sellers, ahead of email, social and search. Mailed responses arrive well after the mail date, so a mailer response and a web form should never share a lead type.
- Price aged leads as their own product, never as a cheaper copy of the fresh lead type.
- Tag each lead with its source, including direct mail, so returns can be traced.
What buyers commit, exclusivity and returns
Funding is published more often here than in most verticals: 17 sellers take a prepaid or funded account and nine keep a card on file, though 54 do not say. Seventeen set a minimum order, such as a minimum quantity per order, a daily or weekly minimum, a number of counties or a deposit that sets a spending limit, while 14 advertise no minimum. Twenty let buyers sign themselves up or check out online, and eight offer a test or pilot order first.
Fifty-five offer exclusive leads, but exclusivity is often qualified. Twenty also sell shared leads, several say how many buyers a shared lead reaches, and one no longer offers ZIP code exclusivity. Researchers found sellers whose homepages promise exclusive leads while their FAQs or terms say leads go to a small number of buyers or may have been resold. Read the agreement, not the homepage.
Most of the 82 say something about returns, and the terms are strict. Several say all sales are final or offer replacement rather than refunds, and several replace a lead only for disconnected numbers, duplicates, a wrong age or a lead outside the ordered territory. One also credits leads missing their consent record. No answer and lost interest are excluded at a few, and one says outright that it guarantees no return on investment.
Calls, consent and do-not-call
The phone runs through this vertical. Thirty-two companies run a call center or live transfer operation, and several bill a transfer only after a buffer or a set talk time. One counts missed calls toward the number of good transfers delivered, and several screen callers by IVR before connecting them. Juiced distributes web leads, so calls and transfers need separate call tracking.
Forty-six sellers say something about consent. Eighteen mention a consent certificate service, certificate or token, nine describe keeping or supplying the consent text, timestamps, IP addresses, screenshots or video of the form, and one shows the disclosure Medicare Advantage marketing uses on its form. One says certificates do not by themselves prove compliance.
Do-not-call statements cover 54 sellers but point in different directions. Eight say they scrub or screen leads against do-not-call lists, ten say the buyer alone is responsible, five use consent language that claims to apply even if a number is registered, and one has temporarily stopped selling one state's consumer data. One order form claims the rules do not apply to real-time leads. Do not rely on any seller's summary. The rules are published by the FCC and FTC.
Thirty-seven of these companies buy from publishers, affiliates, call centers or other lead vendors. Their rules include no incentivized or recycled traffic, consent records kept and supplied, and audit rights; payouts run per lead, per call or per action, and one holds them until the buyer pays. Keep a source sub ID on every lead you buy.
How Juiced runs a health and senior care lead business
Buyers fund a wallet
Each buyer adds funds before leads arrive and is charged as each lead is delivered. Approved returns are credited back to the wallet. No invoices to send and no payments to chase.
Buyers set filters and caps, then bid
Each buyer filters on your fields and caps how many leads they take. They bid above your minimum, and the highest bid wins the lead in seconds.
Delivery goes where the buyer works
By webhook into the buyer’s CRM, by email or by text.
Unsold leads go to your marketplace
A lead no buyer takes is not dropped. It goes to your own marketplace, where its price falls until someone buys it outright or a standing buy order picks it up.

Frequently asked
Who buys health and senior care leads?
Mostly licensed insurance agents and agencies buying Medicare, individual health and final expense leads. A smaller group of home care agencies, senior living communities and medical supply companies buys senior care referrals and patient leads.
Are health and senior care leads exclusive?
Often, but not always. 55 of the 82 companies in our directory offer exclusive leads and 20 also sell shared leads, and several limit exclusivity to a set period before a lead joins a shared pool. In Juiced, several buyers can bid while only the winner receives each lead.
Do buyers need a license or contract?
For insurance leads, several sellers here require it: they sell only to agents contracted with them, ask for a producer number, or have the buyer attest to a license. Senior care referral buyers are care providers rather than agents.
What return reasons do sellers publish?
Disconnected or wrong numbers are the most common, followed by duplicates and leads outside the ordered territory, and one seller credits a wrong age. Several say all sales are final or offer replacement instead of refunds. In Juiced, approved returns are credited back to the buyer's wallet.
Should aged leads be a separate lead type?
Yes. 20 sellers sell aged leads, and several price them in tiers by age. Keep fresh and aged leads on separate lead types. In Juiced, leads no buyer takes also go to your marketplace, where the price falls until someone buys.
Can senior care and Medicare leads share a lead type?
No. The buyers, the questions and the screens are different: senior care buyers want the care type, the care level and who pays, while Medicare buyers want age, eligibility and plan interest. Give each its own lead type with its own fields.
What do health and senior care leads sell for?
No prices are published here. Sellers rarely publish them, and what a health and senior care lead sells for depends on whether it is exclusive or shared, a web lead or a call, the geography, how fresh it is and how many buyers want it. The pay-per-lead pricing guide shows how to work out your own floor from cost and let buyers bid above it.
Does Juiced handle health and senior care calls or live transfers?
No. Juiced distributes web leads and delivers them by webhook, email or text. It does not track or route phone calls, so if calls are part of your product you need call tracking software for that side.
